  • Consistently managed daily communication with vendors and agents across 4 departments with a yearly average of 3.1 million units, or $27 million in inventory.

  • Proactively investigate and analyze On-Order issues – work closely with vendors to collect all relevant information before escalating internally, to provide options to facilitate productive discussion when presenting challenges to cross-functional team.

  • Selected as “Go-To Assistant” for new On-Order Reporting to track all vendor delivery revision requests, fielding questions from all assistant counterparts and raising to leadership when suitable.

  • Field any change made during production cycle to assess delivery or cost implications. Ranging from changes in garment fit reconstruction, color or print changes, retail adjustments, style description revisions, ticketing/labelling, etc.

  • Transformed core Chambray program through cross costing fabrics, material optimization, and leveraging agent partnership to negotiate best rates. Helped align to top 2 long-term sourcing strategies, streamlining vendor matrix to agent/vendor model and China penetration reduction.

  • Created a foundational sourcing catalog for Chicos new hires to assist leadership in rolling out new Training & Onboarding Program, helping future employees reduce transition period to add value quicker than ever.
